Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer with experience in pitched roofs to join our team. The position involves a variety of roofing tasks, primarily within the East and West Flanders regions. You will be responsible for performing high-quality roofing work across multiple projects, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Roofer specializing in pitched roofs, your daily duties will include:
- Starting your day at 6 AM at the warehouse to assist in loading materials alongside a colleague.
- Traveling to various construction sites across the East and West Flanders regions.
- Completing roofing tasks as directed by the project leader, which may include:
- Installing insulation on roofs.
- Constructing and measuring roofs to the required specifications.
- Laying tiles and slates, ensuring proper placement and securing.
- Installing gutters and performing additional roofing duties.
- Adapting to a fast-paced and varied work environment, where each day brings different challenges and tasks.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Some prior experience, whether gained through internships, part-time work, personal projects, or previous professional roofing roles.
- A strong team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with others.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to begin work immediately.
- The ability to independently travel to the warehouse in Ursel.
- A personal car is required for commuting to and from job sites.
